I have recently visited Dr Kassandra Pantazi at The Dental Centre at Sainsbury’s Chichester. I went as an emergency and had not visited the dentist in over 15 years as I am a very nervous patient. On the first visit, I explained by fear to both the reception staff and Kassandra, who were all very sympathetic and understanding. So much so, I returned today for treatment, as I had a broken tooth. At all time, Kassandra and her assistants talked me through what the procedures were and checked in on me all the time. I have now booked another appointment for a months time for a full checkup. I know exactly what I needed to pay before any treatment was started so nothing was a shock. I will be honest and say I will never like going to the dentist but want to thank Kassandra and her staff for making my visit a little less painful in more ways than one.
